This notice explains how DayCrest Assist LLC uses information provided through this website and enquiries about our managed business assistant service.

What you share with us

When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email, business name, optional website and requested hours, preferred time zone, selected support needs, message, and the confirmations you provide. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your workload, respond to your request, arrange a conversation, prepare a proposal, and keep appropriate business records. Consent to contact you about an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.

The planner and calculator

Task selections and calculator entries are processed in your browser. They are not automatically submitted. If you choose to include your starter brief or workload estimate in the contact form, that information is submitted with your enquiry. Downloaded briefs are saved through your browser.

Hosting and form processing

Netlify hosts this website and processes contact-form submissions on our behalf. Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, and delivery information. Service providers may process information outside the country or state from which you contact us. Website use does not give DayCrest access to your business systems.

Retention and access

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. We do not sell enquiry information.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising trackers or a client analytics script. The task planner and calculator do not store entries in cookies or browser storage. Hosting providers may maintain technical logs needed to operate their services.

To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, email alex@daycrestassist.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required by law. Available rights depend on the laws that apply to your request.
